RETURN OF PRODUCT


FITTONN will not charge the Return shipping fee for the products.

Our shipments are carefully inspected by Vendors before being shipped to you, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase FITTONN is accepting returns on all qualifying products. Once you have found your order and If you are not satisfied please go to My Account and click on Return in My Order History within 10 days of receiving your order. You also can email us at help@fittonn.com within 10 days of receiving your order. You just can't return anything that's worn, damaged, washed. We don't accept returns for Jewellery, Bags and Garments under YOUR-FITT ( Tailor-made or Standand alteration both ). However, for any issues regarding the FITT of your ( customized / altered ) clothing contact help@fittonn.com.

Unfortunately we cannot refund custom duties or shipping charges.

However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. Please contact customer care or notify us via e-mail within 48 hours of receiving your order if it was damaged or incorrect. FITTONN will not charge for the shipping fee in this situation.

* How to return or exchange


If you are not satisfied you can return your purchase from Purchases in My Account or notify us via e-mail within 10daysof receiving your order so we can review your request. In case of any query, the customer may call on our customer care number+91-124-4561100 If approved for a return by FITTONN then we will arrange a pick-up from your place without any charge (reverse pick-up may not be available on selected pin codes).In case reverse pick up service not available in your pincode kindly return your items utilising only registered air-mail / courier as advised in our return authorization e-mail and forward the details to us. You maintain the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us. Please mark the items as return and mention the order number clearly on the package, otherwise the returns package cannot be processed.

* Receiving a refund

If you are approved for a refund then it will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit ( Wallet ) to your fittonn.com account. For all COD orders their cash refund will be given via bank transfer into their account. Customs duties are non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days from the date of product received by us to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
The Shipping charge will not be refunded. It is a non-refundable, convenience fee.
Once you return a product to us, we will add the value of your order (Minus any convenience fee and/or COD charges) back in your account as FITTONN Store Credits. You can use your store credits for further shopping with us. Once you select the product/products to buy and add to bag, automatically a store credit tab will reflect the store credits utilised by you on the check out page, and the total amount to be paid by you will be calculated after deducting the store credits in your FITTONN account. Please note, you need to be signed in with your registered FITTONN ID to view and utilise your store credits.

We will provide Pre-paid Return Labels for Returns from United States, Canada, Australia & United Kingdom. Once a return is approved by FITTONN, you will receive a Pre-paid Return Label by mail to affix it on the top of the box. Please note that if the pre-paid label is not used, we will be unable to reimburse alternate returns shipping methods. Kindly remove or strike out any other mailing address information from previous uses of box. You must seal your package securely. Please return with original packing & in original condition. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 10 days of receipt of items. Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of FITTONN and may only be refunded as a store credit. While insurance is not necessary, FITTONN will not be responsible for lost returns or misplaced items that do not reach us.


*Returns from United States : Affix the Pre-paid Return Label on the package and take it to your nearest USPS Post Office or nearest UPS Store. Choose whatever option is most convenient for you.


*Returns from Canada : Affix the Pre-paid Return Label on the package and take it to your nearest CANADA Post Office or nearest UPS Store.Choose whatever option is most convenient for you.


*Returns from Australia : Four separate shipping labels will be generated for printing. Affix the Pre-paid Return Label on the package .Make sure you sign in the signature field on every label. Separate the four labels. Keep the 'Sender's Copy' label for your own records and put the other three labels and Invoice into a clear, self-adhesive plastic envelope. Clear, self-adhesive plastic envelopes are available for free at your local post office. Attach the self-adhesive envelope to a flat surface on your parcel. Your parcels can then be dropped either in a street posting box (use a red box for our parcels), or dropped at post office. Choose whatever option is most convenient for you.


*Returns from United Kingdom : Affix the Pre-paid Return Label on the package and take it to your nearest ROYAL MAIL Office.

* Colors and textures:

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible that appear on FITTONN. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. Also, some colors have a tendency to differ slightly, please read here for further details on colors and textures variations.
Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade than other colors Many a time's green and blue shades also overlap. Same is the case with off white, white and cream colors.
Sea green color sometimes looks Aqua blue or the other way around.
Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is a inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
Handcrafted, hand embroidered, products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. So, the product will always have minor variation. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine-finished products, as this raw finish is the beauty of the handicrafts items. The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.



* Item Received in Damaged Condition / Manufacturing Defect or Wrong Item:

Maintain caution when accepting your order from Courier- Once you receive your order, please check the packing condition right away. If it is damaged or tampered with you must verify the number of items in your order with the attached invoice and also open the parcel to check the quality of the items. In case of any doubts, you may either refuse acceptance of delivery or accept delivery by putting appropriate remarks on the proof of delivery. We request you to lodge complaint with the local courier agency office to help us in dealing with any such incidents.


All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
If you have received a damaged item or if the item you received was not the item you ordered or if it was misrepresented on our site, please inform us within 48 hours of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials along with the item. If possible please click and send us the images of the product as well.


We will express ship a replacement item with no extra shipping cost to you
If the original ordered item is no longer available, then we will request you to choose an alternate item and express ship the same to you with no extra shipping cost to you. We will co-ordinate with you in regards to the shipment and ensure you are satisfied with the exchange.
If you do not want any alternate item then we will refund you the product value in full. Notwithstanding the above or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns/ provide any replacements/ exchange/ store credit. We have sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the returns or not depending on the merit of the case.
There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept/fulfill and must cancel. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by FITTONN and accept FITTONN's decision regarding the cancellation
Please do not return the item until you have verified with us, if not no credit or replacement can be guaranteed on such items. Unidentified returns may even be returned to the sender.
